Job Opportunities

The Business Technology Career Center (BTCC), is a nonprofit agency in the District of Columbia (DC), to assist residents, dislocated, unemployed, and underemployed with their career development and job search so they can successfully meet the challenges of the current global job market. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to the individuals we serve in our programs.

An integral part of our success is the high quality of our staff and the services that they deliver on those that have found themselves unemployed or underemployed through no fault of their own, such as those terminated as the result of corporate layoffs or government cutbacks. At BTCC we value our employees and always treat them with respect and ensure that fairness, equality, support and safety are routine parts of the work environment.

Applicants should have a background of strong interest in one or more of the four areas. They should be enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated, and reliable, and have an interest in workforce development, training, education, humanism, and progressive issues. BTCC is committed to helping our staff fulfill their career goals while maintaining their home life.

We seek professionals who are dedicated, caring, and compassionate. Our objective is to build a great team! BTCC has a variety of career opportunities for you. Workforce Development Specialists, Business Specialists/Instructors, and Career Counselors work schedules can range from part-time to full-time.
